At the present moment and with five associates only the company's mission is to «promote new communication and information technologies» specially through the creation, exploration and management of Public Internet Access places (aka cybercafes).

To achieve those goals Cyber.bica has created it's own procedures and methodologies by developing internal procedures, proprietary software and it's own business and management model so that the objectives might be achieved with precision, rentability and success.

In parallel Cyber.bica withholds the cyber.cafe 'Cyber.bica' in Chiado which was the 1st cybercafe to open in Portugal.

Cyber.bica also makes consulting business in new media.
